Alana De La Garza was born in the year 1976 by the Mexican-American father and Irish-American mother. She is a well-known actress on television. The parents of De La Garza were from Ireland and Mexico. She was born in Ohio's Columbus on the 26th of December in 1976. Within a short time, she moved to Texas and pursued her physical therapy degree at University of Texas. De La Garza moved from Texas to Orlando Florida and took on different roles as an actor on local independent films, as well as worldwide commercials. Even with the minor parts, she realized that acting was her interest. In 2001, she moved to New York where her first role was on All My Children's soap-opera in the role of Rosa Santos. In the beginning of 2000, she had small parts on JAG Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. In 2004, she got her first major series role on the short-lived drama The Mountain. De La Garza played Maria Serrano along with a host of the best TV actors like Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pileggi and Mitch Pilegge. In 2006 she was the lead character A.D.A. in Law & Order. Connie Rubirosa. She was featured in 85 episodes. Her character was later seen on the short-lived spin-off Law & Order: LA. This character was a hit and earned De La Garza many nominations including Best Supporting Actress - Television by the Imagen Foundation Awards and even several ALMA Award noms. In 2008, she won one of the Impact Award for Outstanding Performance in a Dramatic Television Series from the National Hispanic Media Coalition. De La Garza landed a recurring character in CSI Miami a short time later. She played Marisol Deko as Horatio the wife of actor Michael Caine. She played Dr. Lena Solis in NBC's dark drama Do No Harm. It was pulled after just two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. She is born of Italian origin and also has a younger brother Cory who is about 10 years younger than her. Her family was the strict, religious home of her family. Milano started her acting career at the age of seven when her babysitter joined her for an audition. Her audition was in the top 1000 applicants. Milano was chosen as one of just four girls. Milano was featured in commercials in both Broadway and on TV as well, such as the American musical adaptation of Jane Eyre.
